Bio for Jerri - Founder and owner of Tranquil Reiki

I am a certified Third Degree Reiki Master Healer & Teacher. I have worked with the Reiki Energies on a professional level for over a decade. I have worked with different types of healing methods that include crystals, herbs, candles and earth energies for what feels like my whole life.

When I was a very young child, I started seeing things intuitively & working with crystals. I didn’t understand anything about my gifts, but knew I wanted more of whatever this was. I was told to stop, but being born a rebel, I just started hiding to let the intuitive part of me grow & soar.

At around the age of 8 or 9, my mother fell ill with chest pains that went through to her back. The doctors had her on meds, but she still suffered with the pain. My father, my sibling & myself would take turns trying to help her. They would massage her back behind the heart area. I didn’t massage, I just put my hands on her in the same area. She could feel the heat coming from my hands & it helped to ease her pain. Soon, she only asked for me to come in the room to help with the pain. I had no idea what I was doing at the time, but it helped, so I continued to do this daily until one day she got out of the bed & was feeling ok.

I was born & raised in a bible belt area in the USA. Once my mother was healed, what ever this gift was that I possessed, was swept under the rug & wasn’t to be discussed any more & that was that. The little girl brain in me at the time couldn’t understand why it couldn’t be talked about when it helped. I finally let it go.

I grew through my teenage years. I was always told from a little child that I was weird & had to of been switched at birth. I embraced my weirdness & would not let go of me & my true essence.

I experienced an alien encounter while skipping high school one day. That’s a long story in itself.

After high school, I couldn’t forget helping when my mother was ill. I knew in my soul that I was supposed to be a healer. I thought that to be a healer I should enroll in college to become a nurse. After a year, I knew that was not my calling, so I left college, confused.

I went on to have & raise 3 kids. When they were in school, I tried to enter college again for nursing, because I couldn’t fight the gnawing inside of me to heal. In less than 3 months, I left again, with even a stronger felling that nursing was not my path & even more confused than the first time.

More time passed. I ended up leaving the bible belt & eventually landed in Southern CA.

I spent a couple years investigating hauntings. My intuitive side was strengthened more during this time. While doing these investigations, my team learned how to do energy clearings from homes & buildings & even vacant properties.

The first time I experienced having a Reiki Session, oh my gosh! My insides were singing, every cell in me lit up & I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that this was my path, this was my calling.

In time, I found a Reiki Master to train me & attune me to the beautiful energies of Reiki. Every fiber in my being was so happy to finally understand this gift & how to use these amazing healing energies that had been bubbling inside me since I was a little kid. These energies could now flow freely within my body.

After working with the Reiki Energies for several years & channeling these energies to help others, I decided to retake Reiki Level 3, because the first Master did not train me in passing this beautiful gift on to others. I love training & attuning others to the amazing Energies of Reiki.

Channeling Reiki, has really strengthened my intuitive side & helped me to communicate with my guides & others guides during a session.

I learned how to read Oracle Cards. This too opened me up even more to my intuitive / psyche side & showed me a new way to communicate with my guides for guidance. Now I can bring these messages to others with my Oracle Cards.

I learned how to pay attention when my guides were communicating with me via number sequences (like being prompted to look at the clock at a precise moment or seeing random numbers posted somewhere). ie: 222 - Everything is going to be ok, 333 - The ascended masters are with you & working with you, 444 - Angels are around you & supporting you, 555 - Big changes & transformations are here for you, etc.

I have a deep passion for helping with the healing of other humans, pets, animals, plants, and the earth. I’m so grateful for how I continue to grow in my gifts as I allow the Universe to continue to stretch me.
